Roadtrip

After class was done on thursday i came back to my room for awhile. i received a phone call from one of my friends who goes to SUNY albany. He was home in syracuse for break and wanted to hang out. He had this wonderful idea of traveling across the state to see a few of our friends. He came down to pick me up and we left around 6 to go up to oswego for the night.

I have never visited Oswego before so i was pretty excited. The night was pretty good becaue i saw a few of my friends from home and we went out to a couple places. However, i had to sleep on the floor which was not comfortable at all. I got about 2 hours of sleep then we woke up around 8 and went off back to syracuse. From there we headed up to Canton NY to visit one of my good friends who has an apartment up there.

We got to canton around 1 and my mom came to pick me up to go have lunch with her and my sister because i havnet seen them in awhile. Canton is about 40 minutes from my home town so it was close for her. That night my friend was having a party at his apartment and fit about 40 people in his 2 bedroom place. It was packed to say the least but it was a good time. This time i did not stay in the floor but a chair was not the most comfortable place in the world.

Waking up the next morning with cell phones going off left and right i was dead tired. By this time my friend and i are living off fast food and energy drinks, not the healthiest but it worked out. leaving canton we were both dead tired, but had one more stop on our roadtrip. we then headed about 3 and a half hours to rochester to St. John Fischer. I have a friend there that plays on the football team and they were playing U of R that night. We got there about 6 and headed straight for the game. I could barely stay awake the rest of the night but ended up staying out until 430 anyway.

The next day i just wanted to get back to cortland so i could sleep in a bed finally. I have never been so tired in my life, but it was well worth it.
