After getting some sleep from my long weekend. I was read to watch some football. This week was deffinately underdog week in the NFL. Obviously Arizona beat Seattle because i picked Seattle to win in my football pool. Pretty much the only underdog not to win were the dolphins my favorite team. I have a pretty good strategy from now on. Pick the opponents of the dolphins for the week and either way ill win. Either ill win my pool or the dolphins will get a win. Can't beat that.
Sunday night was the game i was looking forward to. The Chargers and the Pats. Being a dolphins fan i hate the partiots because they are in the smae division and after last week finding out that they are cheaters now makes me hate them even more. The game was not that great because the Patriots blew them away. Basically this was a terrible sunday and nothing has gone right. However, i had one last hope.
The yankees were playing the red sox sunday night and was flipping back and forth between that and the football game. The yankees are pretty much the best team ever. They were tied in the 8th 1-1 when derek jeter hit a 3 run shot to put the yanks up 4-1. I thouht the game was over and finally something had gone right today. In the bottom of the 9th I was getting pretty nervous when Rivera kept walking and getting hit. Big papi was up with 2 outs and bases loaded down by one. If there was one player in the league that i did not want up to the plate in this situation it was him. Rivera got him to pop it up and jeter made the final out. The night ended well.

I was so nervous in that inning because Big Papi did hit a walk-off homerun when Mariano Rivera pitched earlier this year. I think Ortiz just missed a grandslam but thank god he tied him up with his cutter.
YOOO i actually called it when JEter hit his Bomb. I was hanging out with a Red Sox fan too. I told her i wasl ike watch jeter hit this bomb. I should of taken her bet too i would of won a nice 30 minute back massage.
My son is a doplphins fan too, and he watched that game in the Meadowlands.
Even though Dolphins lost the game, he had a wonderful Sunday there.
Yeah, I wasn't happy about the ethics lapse. Jeez. Whatever happened to just being the better team to win?
ill have to let you in on a secret for this weekends games... dont ever bet against jon kitna and the lions. 10-6.
Me myself i am more of a bangels, panthers kind of guy. but there are a lot of teams that are looking good this season and the dolphins is one of them with some new players on defense they should do good in that department they need to get on with the offense and they should do fine this season
